Online Returns Procedure

We hope you’ll love your Shaba Hair & Cosmetic order but if you want to return any of your items, you can do so as long as it is unused, in its original packaging and in a resalable condition within 14 days of the delivery date.

Returns by Post

Shaba Hair & Cosmetic aims to make the returns procedure as smooth as the purchase of the product. We understand that you may want to either exchange or refund your item/s.

Before sending us your item back, please send us an email or fill this form explaining your reason for returning or exchanging, this will help us deal with your returned item smoothly and efficiently.

Please make sure to attach your invoice to the package when sending back the item. The invoice will come with your product, please keep that safe.

The postage is paid by the customers, so please keep the proof of postage e.g. the receipt from your post office when sending us back the item/s. Make sure to keep the receipt as record in the case of a product being lost or damaged whilst being delivered to Shaba Hair & Cosmetics.

RETURN PROCESS

You will receive an email notifying you as soon as we have received your return. We aim to process returns within 7 working days from receipt of the email. Return process may take a longer time for items that may be faulty, however, you will be contacted if this is the case.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Refunds can take up to 2-3 working days from the date when the refund was processed. If a refund was based upon a faulty product, which is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. The refund will be processed once the product check is complete by the manufacturer. All promotional items with the product being returned must be included, otherwise retail value of the promotional item will be charged or deducted from the refund.

We do not offer refund if:

  • An item is returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • An item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts. Items that does not meet this criterion will be charged a 50% fee or you can opt to have the items sent back where the reshipping fees will be charged.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange can only take place if the items are defective, damaged or incorrect. This can be done by simply sending us an email and posting the item using the delivery address displayed below. Any promotional items must be sent back with the product being exchanged.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation are accepted on orders that are placed on the same day before 17:00. If the order has not been dispatched, you will be charged a small cancelation fee. You cannot cancel orders after the items have been dispatched.

We aim ensure that all orders are fulfilled, however, your order may be cancelled if for example:

  • There is insufficient stock
  • We don’t deliver to the selected area
  • If any of the items ordered were incorrectly priced due to a system error
